The mission of the Sea Cadets is to build leaders of character. We build leaders of character through an organizational culture which stresses self discipline, service to others, accountability, and patriotism. The United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps is a nonprofit organization that teaches young men and women teamwork, discipline, self-confidence and leadership. The Sea Cadet Corps is for young men and women from ages 10-17 giving them the chance to experience the Navy and Coast Guard way of life while developing solid leadership skills.
