The SpectraCare Foundation is dedicated to its mission to develop and provide quality charitable, educational, and support service. Our foundation created the Carlton R. Rouh Veterans Center in Lindenwold NJ to be a safe place where veterans can receive mentoring and support. Where they can get needed help or just enjoy time in a warm and vibrant place. We provide an array of support programs including Equine Therapy, Healing Arts, Photography with outdoor photo shoots, Greenhouse and Community Gardening, Music Lessons, Model Building with outdoor flight experiences, and Culinary Arts with meals prepared for homebound community delivery.
We assist those in need to navigate the Veteran’s Administration system and we provide access to counseling, medical screening, and assistance with service upgrades and disability appeals. We also make dreams happen through our “Fulfill-A-Wish” program, we place many Service Animals annually, and we honor many of our heroes in our many memorial tribute activities.
By purchasing Coffee or Hot Chocolate during this fundraising campaign, $5 of the $12 price directly benefits the SPECTRACARE FOUNDATION.
The Coffee Platoon sales also funds Bridging the Gap and the military community with Career Transition Programs and Services, providing our Back the Blue Scholarships to veterans who are in the police academy and a local Hometown Hero program with gift cards. In addition, Operation Suit Up Retail Store providing professional business attire to any veteran or military dependant who needs suits for career interviewing or a special event.
