The Bergen County PBA Conference is a non-profit organization of law enforcement professionals in and around Bergen County. The Conference’s primary objective is to unite law enforcement organizations with the goal of promoting mutual cooperation and to assist in the economic, social, and professional advancement of all law enforcement officers within Bergen County and the profession as a whole. All Conference members are career law enforcement officers who share a passion for advancing their profession and a dedication to public safety. The conference has historically been at the forefront of public service organizations and has spearheaded many initiatives to improve community relations and create partnerships between law enforcement and the public. Additionally, the Bergen County PBA Conference is dedicated to improving our communities through charity work.
